Employee Monthly Time and Leave Report

Action

1. 

Select the Manager Self-Service link.

2. 

Select the Reporting link.

3. 

Select the Run Reports link.

 

The Reports Home page displays.

4. 

Select the Employee Monthly Time & Leave Report link.

5. 

On the entry screen, you may choose to run the Monthly Time report for all employees or for individuals. Choose the Select All button or individual employees.

6. 

Select the Calendar Icon button.

7. 

From the Calendar, select the desired date.

8. 

Select the Process Report button.

9. 

A message window will tell you how to retrieve the report. Click the OK button.

10. 

Select the View Reports button.

11. 

Reports take some time to process. If your report is not ready, you will see "No Report" in the View Reports column. Wait.

 Select the Refresh button.

12. 

Click the View Report link.

13. 

The report summarizes the accrual and usage of each leave type. End.
